me & you is a full-service event planning and design studio. We handle the spreadsheets, the seating charts, and the six vendors who all need the same answer by Tuesday — so that the day itself feels like it simply happened that way.
We take a small number of events each year. That’s on purpose. It means your timeline gets built by the person who will be standing beside you when the doors open, and it means the details — the ink on the menu, the weight of the paper, the exact hour the light goes gold — actually get thought about.
No two events should look alike, so we don’t keep a house style. We keep a house standard.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement dinners, showers, and the party with no occasion at all. Intimate rooms, long tables, and an excuse to send a proper invitation.

Events that don’t feel like events. Launches, press dinners, activations, and off-sites built to your brand’s actual voice — not a conference-center approximation of it.
styling & art direction
Already have a planner? We’ll do the look. Palette, tabletop, florals, rentals, signage, and every printed thing — sourced, sampled, and installed by us.

You send a note. We send back a real reply — not a brochure — and set up a call to hear what you’re actually imagining.
A proposal with scope, budget architecture, and a first look at direction. Nothing vague, nothing hidden in a footnote.
Venue, vendors, design, paper, timeline. You approve; we chase. You’ll always know exactly where things stand.
We arrive first and leave last. Your only job is to be somewhere in the middle of it, enjoying yourself.
